Investment Sales Analyst-Multi-Family/Commercial

Foresite Realty Partners LLC seeks to hire a Financial Analyst/Investment Sales Associate with multi-family and commercial sales experience to join our expanding firm to assist with dispositions, acquisitions and financial analysis in the areas, which include but are not limited to multi-family, office, retail, industrial, land and mixed use. A knowledge of and hands on active experience with Receiverships, CMBS assets, purchasing/selling REO and notes of all kinds, is preferred. 

Responsibilities for this position include: performing cash flow forecasting, analysis, financial structuring and valuations for the company’s third-party and principal acquisitions, dispositions, development projects as well as the firm’s management/leasing portfolio located in the Chicago-land area and throughout the greater Midwest as well as Southeast to Southwest and MN to FL. Most of the work will be in the multi-family and commercial areas.

In addition, this position will require market research capabilities for purposes of maintaining a market comp database, performing due diligence, underwriting tasks and broker opinions of value (BOV’s).

Qualified candidates will possess the following qualifications/skills:

·       An undergraduate degree in Finance or Real Estate. Preferably in the Midwest.

·       3–7 years multi-family residential and commercial real estate experience including all aspects of investment sales from analysis and preparation of marketing packages, to active engagement with prospects, tours and the negotiation/closing process as well as hands on active participation in the acquisition process including due-diligence.

·       Proficiency in real estate modeling software including ARGUS.

·       Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

·       Internet market research knowledge (CoStar, LoopNet, REIS, Realpoint/Trepp, Auctions, etc.).

·       Advanced verbal and written communication skills.

·       Broker’s License (active)

Property Management Analyst

Foresite Realty Partners seeks to hire a Property Management Analyst or Assistant Property Managers. The successful candidate will support the commercial regional property managers with their administrative duties such as real estate taxes/appeals, insurance, utility issues including transition, on-going monthly REO and Receiver reports, maintenance request monitoring/emergency issues and work orders, tenant relations, evictions/arrearages, vendor contracts, inspections, property takeover and transition, bank account set-up, CAM/TAX reconciliations, budgets,  lease abstracts, financial analysis and will help with other corporate needs.

Responsibilities for this position include geographic areas for the firm’s receivership/management/investment/leasing portfolio located in the Chicago-land area and throughout the greater Midwest as well as other U.S. locations in the East, South, Southeast and Southwest.

Qualified candidates should possess the following qualifications/skills:

• An undergraduate degree in Real Estate, Accounting or Finance. Preferably in the Midwest.
•Proficiency in accounting software including RentManager, Yardi, Quickbooks,
  Timberline,  and/or Skyline, and other property
  management software

Foresite Realty Partners seeks to hire a Experienced Commercial Real Estate Leasing Agent. The Commercial Real Estate Leasing Agents will be responsible for Leasing (primary focus Landlord Representation and secondary focus Tenant Representation), Marketing and Financial Analysis. The agent’s primary focus will be leasing office, retail and industrial properties both in and outside the Chicago-land area.

The Commercial Real Estate Leasing Agents will assist with a substantial existing portfolio of office, retail, and industrial assets.  Foresite Realty Partners operates throughout the Midwest, Southeast as well as Southwest on behalf of existing third-party clients.  Foresite’s owned investment portfolio may also be added in the future. 

The ideal candidates must have:

5 – 7 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing-experienced position

Commercial Regional Property Manager

Foresite Realty Partners, LLC seeks to hire a Commercial Regional Property Manager for oversight with a mixed portfolio consisting of office, industrial and retail in the Chicago-land area and throughout the expanded Midwest, from PA to KS and MN to GA. Travel is required on average 10 days per month.

The Regional Property Manager will manage the day-to-day property management operations including: the oversight of local property staff (office, leasing/marketing, maintenance, housekeeping, grounds and accounting), oversight and execution of property operations, and deferred maintenance/capx work. This person will perform monthly property inspections including, common areas, building exteriors, and landscape and grounds and will manage work orders and vendor/contractor relationships.

Candidate must be able to comprehend and understand lease terms. Strong Knowledge of property transition/takeover, strategic planning, insurance coverage’s/types, real estate tax appeals, evictions, community outreach, on-site experience as a property manager, utilities, distressed assets, security and understanding the macro goal of trying to create value at the property necessary.

The candidate will have the following qualifications/skills:

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • A solid financial and accounting background, with skills including: budget preparation, financial and variance reporting and ownership reporting
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, property management and experience with basic knowledge of legal processes

Multi-Family Regional Property Manager


Foresite Realty Partners, is looking to hire a Multi-Family Regional Property Manager for oversight with properties in the Chicago-land area, and throughout the expanded Midwest from PA to KS and MN to GA. Travel is required on average 10 days per month.
 
The Regional Property Manager will be responsible for property management, the oversight of property staff (office, leasing/marketing, maintenance, housekeeping, grounds and accounting), oversight and execution of property operations, leasing/marketing and deferred maintenance/capx work. 
The Regional Property Manager will be responsible for performing these duties at multiple property types including: multi-family apartments, broken condominium deals with HOA’s, student housing, subsidized housing, etc.
