About Foresite Realty
Formed in early 2005 by three Indiana University alumni, Foresite Realty Partners, L.L.C. is now run by Chief Operating Officer Jeff Kushen, who has 30 years of real estate experience in addition to the 100+ years of experience of its senior management team, the firm has initiated two interrelated platforms that compliment the creation of value in its owned real estate portfolio with third-party services, as described below.
Based in suburban Chicago, Illinois, Foresite's experience encompasses not only the major asset classes (office, industrial, retail and multi-family residential), but also specialty use properties such as hospitality, parking garages, gas stations, land and mixed use properties. Foresite's main geographic reach stretches from New Jersey to Kansas and Minnesota to Georgia with a centralized team in the Chicago land area. In addition, Foresite and its principals have extensive experience throughout other areas of the United States, with a targeted focus on the southeast and southwest regions of the country.
